Legal Executive - Patent & IP - Bristol

    • A forward thinking Top Tier IP firm are keen to appoint a number of Patent Legal Executives within their developing Bristol Intellectual Property Support team.The RoleYou will provide legal advice to clients and Patent Attorneys whilst having full responsibility for management of all case related duties. There is the opportunity to develop long-lasting and quality relationships adding value to the client service experience acting as the key point of contact for clients. This role offers the chance to make a different to the expanding and progressive team and firm as a whole.Alongside client engagement, you will also work closely with the secretarial team; being instrumental in their on-going development whilst also co-ordinating workload including holiday arrangements.The Successful Applicant
  • CIPA or IPAC qualified.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Patent procedures in International, National, and European Jurisdictions.
  • Extremely organised and professional in your approach with a great attention to detail.
  • Will be able to work to strict deadlines and have the confidence to deal with senior level stakeholders.
