If so - REED are recruiting for 2 brand new positions that have been created, to support our ever growing Central Bristol based Client. Recruiting for 2 x Tele-Canvassers, on full time, permanent contracts.Hybrid working on offer - Mixture of home and office (based in Central Bristol)Were open on background, but you must have a strong telephone manner, be willing to learn and have a real passion in getting into Sales.FULL product and sales training will be provided for this role.NO COLDCALLING- You will be provided with all leads daily to succeed, calling potential new customers and existing customers advising of the services and products on offer.Provided: You will be provided with a laptop and mobile phone to support you with the role.Duties:
  • Act on new customer leads provided from a variety of sources, by contacting the individuals and hot key to Sales agents.
  • Contact existing customers with products coming to maturity to discuss their needs for new products. (of a similar nature and other relevant products offered by the company)
  • Ensure all appropriate administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the range of products offered, attending all required training and ensuring competence to discuss the products appropriately with customers.
  • Meet all performance targets as set.
  • Creating/recording new business leads in the IT system
  • Handling inbound and external customer
  • Responding to letters and e-mails in response to new business
  • Using the IT systems to record all customer/potential customer contact, including accurate data entry
  • Managing workloads appropriately and liaising with team members to ensure seamless cover during absences
  • Complying with all applicable policies and legal / regulatory requirements
Working Hours:35 Hours per week - Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pmBenefits:
