Are you looking for that first step up from a Senior Frontend Developer > LeadOr perhaps youre a Lead Frontend Developer looking for growth potential into Principal and eventually Head of Engineering Read on!We are recruiting a Lead Frontend Developer for a Series A backed software company whore building global marketplace that is disrupting the pet care industry.Theyve expanded across the UK, US and Australia - with double digit growth every month, the future looks bright!They currently have 18 developers spread across 3 squads - as a Lead Frontend Developer, your remit will be joining initially as an expert individual contributor and mentoring/coaching one of those squads, consisting of initially 6 developersHowever, they plan to grow 3 more teams from this squad, so theres plenty of opportunity for you to progress into a Principal Engineer, and even a Head of Engineering in time!They are using React, Redux, React Native, Webpack, Styled Components, Redux Sagas, AWS, Python - but arent expecting experience with all of that - deep understanding of the React ecosystem is the vital component.Theyre also open minded to Senior Frontend Developers looking for that first step up into Lead as well.Theyre paying anywhere upto £100,000 + 10% bonus + fully remote (quarterly meet-ups in Brighton) + healthcare + training budget upto £500 + macbook.
