Job Description

Lead Business AnalystLocation: Bristol Hybrid - 2 days a week in Bristol office - Must be within an easy commutable distance from Bristol to be considered - WFHDuration: 6 Months - potential extensions£550 per day via UmbrellaThe role:Join my high-profile banking client in Bristol and play a pivotal role in their legacy application decommission project. We are seeking a talented Lead Business Analyst to help design and implement processes and target operating models. If you have a strongbackground in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and a knack for creative thinking, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders and facilitate effective communication, utilizing strong soft skills.
  • Understand, challenge, and document underlying business needs to drive the projects success.
  • Employ creative thinking and problem-solving to address complex challenges.
  • Gather requirements and create user stories based on relevant methodologies.
  • Lead migration planning, design, and implementation efforts.
  • Capture and analyse data flows for the "as is" and "to be" states.
  • Work with processes related to routing and managing payments.
  • Conduct business process modeling and mapping activities.
  • Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence to streamline project tasks.
