Lead Business AnalystAre you an experienced business analyst looking to make a difference in the field of national security Do you have a passion for working with people and technology to find innovative solutions to complex challenges If so, we have the perfect opportunityfor you working for an industry leader in National Security.As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Business Analysts working on a variety of exciting digital projects for National Security clients. You will provide coaching, direction, and objectives to the team, ensuringthat their work is cohesive and meets the needs of the client.In this role, you will also be responsible for the entire requirements lifecycle, including defining scope for change initiatives, obtaining approval from a range of stakeholders, and managing acceptance of new products and features.In addition to your team management responsibilities, you will also be responsible for stakeholder management, educating clients on the best ways to utilize business analysts, and applying a range of process design and requirements management tools and techniquesas needed.To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in business analysis, including experience using a variety of core tools and techniques on large scale digital engagements. You should also have experience leading and coaching high-performingteams, as well as working within agile teams in complex or chaotic environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are a must.Desirable qualifications for this role include experience working in the national security and/or law enforcement domains, experience in project management, and experience using Jira, Confluence, and purpose-built requirements management tools like Jama.They are offering:
