This eCommerce and logistics software companys vision was born by two highly intelligent technical people who identified a gap in their market and in 4 years have expanded globally, currently have 150 people onboard andare reaching sales of £1 million a month. Theyre about to embark on another exciting phase, refactoring some of their existing products into Node and building some brand-new exciting products!Great, what will I be doingWithin this business they have their very own open API and in-house development teams, organised into multiple product teams consisting of a QA, Product Owner and 3-4 developers of different levels. They have an engineering department of 50 people and outsidethe product teams sit DevOps teams, Data Scientists, AGILE enthusiasts and more. They are extremely well set up and identify that if theres something missing, they need to hire for it. You wont be a man doing 4 jobs in one here! To name some of the valuesof this team - quality over quantity, best practices and you helping shape those, TDD, AGILE, DevOps and SOLID are just a taster into the way that they do things.Your responsibilities will include testing the software, working with the developers and also leading. You will get to have an impact on testing processes as they constantly evaluate things and look to make things better. This new test team of 9 has beenestablished for around a year now and it is an exciting time to join them! You will have control over the day-to-day planning and running of the testing, working in an agile environment. You should be fluent with manual testing although this role is primarilyautomation. The opportunity to build a team is there, and you will get lots of creative freedom. You will ideally have experience creating automation scripts with PHP, if not Java and Selenium is ideal across web / ecommerce applications. In the near future,they might be moving to Cypress due to the team moving over to the JavaScript stack. This will be a massive + if you have this.Requirements:

• Automation testing experience on internal systems and web applications
• Selenium / Gherkin and Cucumber
• Ideally PHP experience but Java / C#/ Python / JavaScript
• Web API testing
• Clear communicator
• Available to be on site
