This new role offers an excellent opportunity to make a real name for yourself within the company, and be responsible for the success of a new department which can beaided by the existence of an already vast customer base which can be used whenever needed.This new department will be within a successful and established merchants business and it will specialise in doors, door frames, door mounting kits and door furniture. Your team will grow as the business grows. Doors of all kinds with a massive range ofaccessories will be available from this new department. New doors are an ever popular way of easily modernising a home and the demand is consistantly strong.As a Joinery Sales Manager - Door Specialist, you will have a sales background within the construction supplies sector and ideally knowledge relating to doors and related products. Any additional previous experience with hardwoods, timber, joinery or sheetmaterials would be a definite advantage as below.We would be very keen to hear from you if you have proven sales experience in timber and timber associated products: doors, timber flooring, sheet materials, carcassing, joinery, trusses, engineered wood, decorative panels, laminating, skirting, door jambs,panel products, specialist softwood, hardwoods etc.This role will require someone outgoing and confident who will be able to win new business to establish the company in this new market but also they will be able to sell new product lines to existing customers. This means you will have numerous ways of gainingsales. The company has a great reputation within the timber field so this will give you a good start instantly. You will build relations with larger contractors, local builders and developers, joiners, shop fitters and the general public.This is a fantastic role within a leading company within the builders merchants / timber merchants industry.
