The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant The business offers routes down both 180 recruitment, and 360 recruitment:180:
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and keep up to date on hiring criteria
  • Source candidates through advertising, networking, headhunting, and using the company database
  • Interviews candidates and putting them forward for roles with your clients
  • Prepare candidates for interviews
  • Negotiate contracts and make placements!
360:
  • Research your specific market
  • Call potential new clients and get on their PSL
  • Partner with your clients and maintain a strong relationships
  • Manage the candidate side the same as in 180 recruitment above
The Ideal Candidate - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
  • Self-motivated
  • Financially driven
  • Personable and able to build rapport with clients and candidates alike
  • Background in a commercial or sales setting is ideal but not essential
  • Track record of hard work and success
  • Degree educated is a plus, however also not essential
