A busy Bristol business requires an internal IT & Telecoms employee. The role will include complete on-site and remote support of IT systems, including VoIP telephone through a mix of on premise and on call engagement. In addition to this, a candidate will be expected to lead on IT projects and provide support to the Directors with strategic IT systems decision making.The Company has 60+ users operating from a mixture of office based systems (including hot desking), or remotely from home via RDP Gateway connection and remote VoIP Ipecs telephone services.Users operate in Bristol (and the surrounding area), Chester and India.Required skills/experience:
