IT Service Delivery ManagerB2B & B2C FitTech Customer SupportOne of Bristols leading FinTech businesses have created a new position within their core business function for an IT Service Delivery Manager as part of their continued growth.This is a greenfield position where you will be running a small team, supporting the on boarding of new users and ongoing support of their unique product offering. You will need to be passionate about service delivery to oversee this new B2B and B2C support function.You will need previous experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager and ideally exposure to both B2B & B2C support environments. As well as running the day to day workload of the team you will be responsible for full client service reviews, contract negotiation, KPI, SLA management & reporting and overall general efficiency and improvement in line with business growth.As an IT Service Delivery Manager within this dynamic environment you will have full ownership of the development of this function, offer continual improvements with the aim to reduce call time and ticket escalations.You will be working with both SME and enterprise clients so experience within an outsourced or product environment would be ideal along with financial services experience!**Bristol based but offering remote working options, some office presence will be required.
