Exclusive opportunity for a permanent Infrastructure SupportHybrid£33,000 - £37,000 base + benefitsDay to day, youll be responsible for providing 3rd Line Support to users within the business, along with implementing a variety of infrastructure upgrades. The company is currently undergoing a multi-million-pound upgrade to its systems. You will provideguidance and support, with both hardware and software. Youll not only be working with infrastructure but also networking - an exciting opportunity to apply all aspects of your technical skills. You will be responsible for escalations from the 1st/2nd LineSupport team, and less experienced colleagues. The successful in infrastructure will be someone who actively enjoys support roles; able to articulate themselves and explain IT to people in a way that is easy to understand. This is a remote position, only on-siteas and when required.Required
