Supporting vital MILSATCOM Service Delivery operations with secure, resilient and high availability services. Extensive voice and data networks operating around the globe must be maintained,while delivering a significant programme of upgrade and new build. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, youll also be the lead for secure IP Networks as part of multi-million pound programme of improvement. This is a fast-paced, challenging role on asignificant project.Day to day, youll own, design and troubleshoot Enterprise IP Networks, driving change using the latest Cisco based technology, removing obsolescence and introducing innovation. Youll work closely with the modelling team to create and operationalise NetworkDigital Twin and with the engineering team to test and integrate IP Network designs in response to strategic and operational demands. Youll represent Babcock at stakeholder meetings, Governance forums, Design Reviews and Security Groups as the IP NetworkSubject Matter Expert.At Babcock, we have a history of helping talent go far.
