Do you have a burning desire to work in the exciting, fast-paced environment of the sports industry The Pitchmark Group is looking for a polite, courteous, sales and customer-focused individual to join its rapidly growing, family friendly business.Who are The Pitchmark GroupThe Pitchmark Group is a Queens Award-winning; family run and owned business from Bristol, UK.The group comprises of three divisions - Pitchmark, Turfix, and Total Amenity Supplies. Originally founded as Pitchmark in 2010, the company was solely a manufacturer of line marking paint and equipment with a focus on export.By 2019, Turfix was launched as a supplier of premium quality products to the professional sports turf sector, giving Pitchmark a sales arm within the UK alongside other leading manufacturers like ICL, Harrod Sport and Tildenet Sport. A Services divisionin Turfix was added later in 2019 to assist grounds teams with GPS line marking.Finally, Total Amenity Supplies was formed in 2020, supplying a range of consumables including line marking products, fertilisers and weed killers through both retail e-commerce and trade platforms.What does the position entailThe Pitchmark Group is looking to hire an Internal Sales Executive to join its team, and continue the businesses rapid expansion heading into 2022.Based at The Pitchmark Groups Headquarters in Bristol, you will get the chance to work with a dedicated team of specialists, as well as some of the largest sports organisations in the UK and across the globe.At the forefront of this exciting role, you will provide an excellent and efficient service to all Customers, Distributors and Suppliers. You will be processing Customer orders, assisting with Tendering processes, obtaining transport information as wellas raising third party supplier orders in a polite and professional manner. The role also encompasses providing exceptional Customer support and promoting our extensive product portfolio where appropriate.Furthermore, you will provide support for the Sales department with their Customer accounts, assist with the CRM systems reporting and monitoring, be responsible for developing and maintaining procedures, assisting with general office administration duties,as well as monitoring relevant email inboxes.What were looking for:Essential Experience

  • Has strong organising skills, is meticulous and has excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision, is proactive and takes initiative

  • Ability to design and record processes and procedures
  • Has a positive team ethos
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and other company IT systems
Desirable Experience
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Experience of working effectively in a customer focused environment
  • Ability to speak a foreign language
  • Experience of providing effective support to a management team and associated duties
  • GCSE Grade C above in Maths and English or equivalent
  • A foreign language is desirable
The Benefits from working with us
  • 37 hours per week (requests for flexible working patterns will be considered)
  • Competitive salary - up to £22,500, dependant on experience
  • 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays pro rata
