Job Description

Are you customer focused with a keen eye for detail Do you excel in building relationships Are you experienced in Customer Service or Internal SalesIf YES we want to hear from YOU!Our client is based near Central Bristol and is looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator, who has the ability to provide first class customer service, to join their busy and expanding team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting data onto the system
  • Order inputting
  • Building and maintaining customer/client relationships
  • Promote the company brand in a positive light
  • Strong management skills
  • Complaint handling
  • Taking inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Possibility to take external calls from other branches
Key Skills:
  • Computer confident in Microsoft Office
  • Data Entry
  • Confident and effective communicator
  • Ability to diffuse difficult situations
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Keen eye for detail
