Internal Recruitment Coordinator - up to £21,555 per annum OTE to £26,000 - BristolFantastic opportunity to take your recruitment experience in-house with a successful and growing training company based in Bristol.Focus your account management, recruitment and relationship building skills and develop your career in this exciting and rewarding role.The RoleAs Recruitment / Resourcing Coordinator, you will work closely with clients to fill their apprentice vacancies. You will manage the relationship with these clients, support them in developing role profiles, coordinate advertising campaigns, screen applications, conduct telephone interview and submit candidate shortlists to them.As part of the Apprenticeship Recruitment Team, you will screen and match candidates with clients in a range of sectors including Fitness / Active Leisure and Care, interviewing individuals by phone and keeping clients informed of progress. You will maintain accurate records of candidates status and progression, reporting on employment results and other metrics.The CompanyOur client, based in Bristol, is one of the top performing and fastest growing training companies in the UK.
