Job Description

Internal Customer Sales RepresentativeJob type - Temporary (with possibility to lead to permanent opportunities)Contract - Initial 6 monthsWorking hours - Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to FridayLocation - BristolManpower are currently recruiting for a Customer Service representative to work with the Bristol Office of a National Organisation.Role Responsibilities:

  • Corresponding with customer via telephone and emails.
  • Contacting customers and sales managers regarding pending and overdue accounts to ensure credit terms are managed effectively.
  • Handling Customer Complaints - in conjunction with sales managers ensuring that complaints are handled appropriately
  • General office administration.
Ideal Applicant:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, a background with SAP is also desirable
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and to set deadlines
