Interim Resourcing Co-ordinatorStart: October 2023Rate: £24-£26 per hour via UmbrellaDuration: 3 - 6 months initially (likely extensions)Location: BristolWorking pattern: Hybrid - 2-3 days a weekResponsibilities To be the first point of contact and expert for coordinating recruitment across the Infrastructure Directorate, supporting all elements of the processOversee the workflow of the resourcing process, ensuring every stage of the recruitment process is documented, reviewed, and compliant with the recruitment KPIsTo oversee the coordination of the full 360 resourcing process from Job evaluation to First Day, ensuring efficiencies and reduction in time to hire.
