Interim HR Business Partner/ER Specialist required for a 6-month contract, Bristol based with hybrid working.Salary up to £55000 pro rata + competitive benefits.As the interim HR Business Partner your focus will be supporting and leading on Employee Relation Case work. You will provide proactive and professional ER advice, supporting and coaching managers through grievance, disciplinary, performance, and absence management.You will ensure that all case work adheres to the appropriate procedures and are managed in line with current employment legislation.
