Job Description

Are you a qualified accountant who is highly technical and driven by change Do you have exposure to transformation within finance including system implementation If you are interested in Financial Director opportunities and available at short notice please read on.On behalf of a large, fast-growing and acquisitive Bristol client, I am seeking an Interim Finance Director to join their finance team for an initial period of 6-9 months. Initial interviews are taking place week commencing 29th March.Key deliverables for the role include:

  • Embedding and harmonising the finance team during a period of transition and exciting change
  • Managing the implementation of the new ERP system from a programme management perspective
  • Dealing with auditors and ensuring timely adherence to internal controls and requests
  • Involvement in additional projects including the rationalisation of legal entities and banking structure
    • As the ideal candidate you will have a curious and diligent approach to change, ensuring your team are brought into the journey. You may be seeking your first role as a Finance Director or have some experience in a Finance Director role where there has been significant transformation on an operational level. Experience of managing system implementation is essential, specifically SAP. You will be a qualified accountant with experience in complex legal entity structures as well as knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.This is an unrivalled opportunity for the right candidate to shape the future in finance of a fast-growing and innovative service provider.
