The IT infrastructure estate you will develop, will see the continued and sustained improvement of the delivery of all the companies services. You will be working with 100s of servers, modernising and supporting every aspect of the infrastructure including networking equipment, firewalls and software, ensuring they are robust and scalable to fit the needs of the company.You will be a team leader where your responsibilities will be; making decisions, overseeing the development of the teams skills, managing reports and be responsible for your teams performance and output. You will be key in identifying team goals and assessing progress, therefore you will need to be an open communicator and be able to give constructive feedback when necessary.Technical Requirements
