Job Title: Implementation ConsultantReporting To: VP Professional ServicesLocation: BristolPosition: Permanent, Full TimeSalary & Benefits: £30,000 - £40,000 /year + Benefits

  • The Implementation Consultant is a resource within the Professional Services Team.
  • To deliver Projects and SCRs in a timely and technically proficient manner
  • To be a technical reference point for the Professional Services Team, and the wider community.
  • Regularly suggest product improvements, extended knowledge of the latest technologies and create business cases to support on-going development.
    • MAIN DUTIES:Solution Implementation
  • Act as a Technical Lead of our marketing software UNIFY and Engage.
  • Role within a project could be Business Analyst, Technical Lead or Consultant.
  • Play a leading role in the discovery of customer’s data, and subsequently document these findings in confluence.
  • Understand how data is held in backend of our software in SQL Server.
  • Understand our shared infrastructure and the key purpose of each server.
  • Effective delivery of our projects for new or existing clients.
  • Contribute & Review solution delivery documentation.
  • Understand our Project Methodology.
  • Ongoing awareness and mitigation of implementation issues and risks and reporting them to Project Managers or Client Services as necessary.
  • Develop knowledge of internal products to include improved features and installation/upgrade approaches.
  • 2+ years’ experience of marketing databases.
  • Familiar with 3rd party marketing integrations EG, ESPs - DotDigital, Adestra etc, Reporting -Tableau, Power BI etc
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients during projects.
  • Support other Teams when necessary.
  • Continuous Development of skillset and demonstrate working knowledge of latest product releases.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support for ongoing improvement of the development of our products.
  • Be commercially aware to deliver within budget and in accordance with documented expectations.
  • Travel to client sites and other offices as required.
