Job Description

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be in partnership with a leading training provider, with the appointment of a HR Welfare Lead to join their expanding team.The successful candidate will have sole responsibility of looking after the welfare of the learners, ensuring all compliance, Safeguarding and policies are complied with. Whilst ensuring welfare is adhered to, this role also requires the candidate to consistentlyensure an effective HR service is offered to all employees, whilst also managing, maintaining and implementing all HR related policies, procedures and HR documentation.Key responsibilities:

  • To supervise the organisation and operation of accommodation and travel for learners, ensuring compliance, safeguarding, equality and diversity is followed
  • To provide administration and clerical services to ensure the efficient operation of learner support
  • Develop and review company policies
  • Support recruitment and achievement including DBS checks and references.
  • Advise colleagues who are involved in staff or policy development
  • Identify and confront instances of safeguarding and discrimination
  • Advise and monitor lesson planning and educational materials to ensure they are compliant
  • Compliance of the companys procedures
  • Support and improve new employee - onboarding and induction
  • Manage appraisals, disciplinaries, grievances, wellbeing and mental health support
  • Support performance management
Requirements:

  • Create, maintain and promote good working relationships
