Job Description

HR Project Coordinator 6 month FTC with scope to extend subject to performance and business needs£23,000-£25,000About Swoop On the surface were a travel agency specialising in adventurous trips to Antarctica, Patagonia and the Arctic. We also recognise our duty to help our customers use these extraordinary moments to reflect on the role they can play in protecting the planet.About the role We are recruiting for a Project Support Officer to provide high quality administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of our Wellbeing Review and B-corp programmes of work. Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and preparing project meetings
  • Creating and sending out agendas, collating papers and reports for project meetings
  • Arranging meetings including venue bookings and facilitating virtual meetings
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining various project reporting/tracking methods
  • Supporting the People and Culture Manager with day-to-day HR and business operation activities
  • Collating and managing existing HR records and maintaining up to date employee data
RequirementsAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will need to have some experience of administering a project as you will need to provide support to our managers to assist them in the effective delivery of their workstreams. Our ideal candidate would be someone who isa self-starter, who can work autonomously and can work on their own initiative.Requirements
  • Experience of administering a project
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • High levels of attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines, using own initiative
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A self-starter happy working autonomy as well as part of a team
  • Experience in HR or project management methodology is desirable
