We are looking for a HR & Payroll Coordinator to support the HR & People Team with the effective delivery of all transactional HR & Payroll activities. The successful candidate will be an organised and proactive individual who is detail oriented, can demonstrate high levels of accuracy and has the ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.Purpose of the Role:As the HR & Payroll Coordinator, you will be owning the delivery of all HR transactional duties and responsibilities. This includes but is not limited to the administration of employee benefits, responding to HR and Payroll queries, preparation, distribution and maintenance of employment documentation and other ad hoc work or projects as required. You will be required to use your initiative while following clear frameworks, policies and guidelines.
