Job Description

This project and improvement role will focus on developing all aspects of performance and service delivery improvement for the Groups European HR Operations function.Reporting to the Global head of HR Operations, it is a key new role which will support the HR Operational Heads deliver an evolved and more progressive central HR Shared Service.You will be a transformative, HR Operations specialist. You may have led HR Service Teams previously, but will also combine this with Project Management, and significant service process improvement experience.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join a leading organisation going through a significant period of transformation.You will lead and drive the operational performance and service excellence of the employee lifecycle support to ensure that it is delivered with accuracy and in line with agreed global strategy.Understanding what best in class can look like you will establish SLAs and KPIs across the region to work towards these standards.
