Within this role you will work closely with internal stakeholders, implementand advise on employment policies, head up a highly efficient HR function and be integral in creating and delivering people strategy.This is a brand new role within our business, we are looking for a confident individual looking to seize this career opportunity and progress to directorship. This would be perfect for either a HR generalist looking to step up into management, or a HR Manager.The role:*Working closely with internal stakeholders*Developing and delivering people strategy*Implementing and advising on employment policies*HR Administration*Lead on employee relations, including supporting disciplinary and grievance processes, absence, performance management, employee welfare and restructures*Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and internal polices relevant to employment including UK GDPR and Employment law and Health and Safety.The person:*HR Management experience - 4 years minimum*Knowledge of HR systems and databases*Experience within a fast paced environment assisting senior leaders on strategy*CIPD level 5 qualified - desirable*Confident and commercially minded*Looking for a leadership role*Looking for a fun and lively environment*Sociable and approachableIf you are interested in this role please contact me on or drop me and email:
