HR Business Partner - FTC - 45,000 p.a. plus 2K retention bonusBristol based - hybrid workingMy client is a fantastic business based in Bristol employing around 350 people. They have a stable and effective HR team and a hands on, supportive HR Director.They are looking to appoint an HR BP/HR Generalist to cover a maternity leave for a duration of at least 13 mths. The role is varied and would involve managing a small team of 3, overseeing a system implementation (you dont need to be a system expert) businesspartnering a small amount of senior management across 3 sites (limited travel involved) You would also oversee all operational HR matters.
