Job Description

HR AdvisorThis is an excellent opportunity for a practical and pragmatic HR Advisor to progress their career in an HR Consultancy. Providing a great relationship management service to new and existing clients and helping to grow the sales pipeline and client base.This is a well-established and strongly values driven HR Consultancy who offer a variety of out-sourced HR Services to a wide range of small and medium sized retained clients. By providing professional, up to date, accurate quality opinion, advice, templatesand guidance to clients to earn revenue whilst meeting clients’ needs.Due to strong growth we are looking for a commercially minded HR Advisor who has the capacity and desire to support their clients with day to day HR activities and projects. Whilst this is a hybrid role you will need to be willing to travel to clients sites as and when required.You will likely be someone who likes to keep up to date with the latest developments, trends, tools, techniques and skills in their business area, market place and business community.Person Specification:

  • Preferably degree educated and must be CIPD qualified.
  • A positive can-do’ attitude, with the confidence to communicate at all levels and have a genuine desire to add value.
  • Able to flex your approach to adapt to the needs and styles of different clients.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • No airs and graces, willing to muck in and get on with whatever needs to be done.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to plan and organise your workload effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Good judgement; confident, persuasive, approachable, empathetic and dependable.
  • Valid driving licence.
This role will suit a competent, ambitious and commercial HR professional who is looking for more flexibility, variety and autonomy in a professional HR Consultancy environment.
