Housing Assistant: Female Safe HouseLOCATION: BristolHOURS: 18.75SALARY: £12.88 PAYE inclusive or £14.12 UMBRELLADURATION: Temp to permSTART DATE: ASAPAre you an organised self-starter comfortable managing a portfolio of properties Are you a housing professional looking for your next challenge Would you like to work with a leading domestic violence support provider ensuring safe housing management forvulnerable womenIf yes, BRC have a fantastic opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide housing management across multiple safehouses, offering a responsive, person centred housing service.
  • Ensure building compliance is in line with Health and Safety and local authorities standards for supported accommodation.
  • Oversee work to properties ensuring maintenance, repairs, and renewals are carried out to a high standard.
  • Collect rent in line with organisations procedures.
  • Support to sign up and understand rights and obligations using agreed occupancy agreements.
  • Bi-annual welfare checks.
  • Organise timely turnaround of void properties
