Workingwithin this team you will be visiting, assessing and supporting families with young children, in their own homes, across the city. You will work closely with thefamilies to ensure that they supported to a high standard.The role involves joint working with a number of different agencies across the city, these might include Bristols homeless team, childrens services, benefit and debt agencies(to name a few).
