Job Description

Retain Healthcare are a lead provider of experienced Healthcare assistants providing to support in a range of nursing home settings, caring for the elderly and adults with dementia.As an Agency Healthcare assistant you will have the opportunity to gain a range of care experience in various nursing environments, along with flexibilty to choose where and when you want to work!The role includes:

  • Support people with personal care if required
  • Participate positively in learning and development
  • Support people to eat and drink
  • Keep accurate daily records
  • Support people to communicate in different ways
  • Support people with their mobility
  • Promote health and safety
  • Support and encourage people to make choices and meet their outcomes
