Job Description

Location South WestContract Type: Full time PermanentSalary: £36,000- £45,000 depending on status and location plus £5,000 car allowance per annum and an attractive company benefits package.We are recruiting for experienced Health and Safety Consultants to consistently achieve a more efficient and dynamic way to protect the safety of WorkNest clients.Purpose of the role

  • To provide the highest quality health & safety consultancy services to WorkNest clients. To work closely with the Regional Health & Safety Managers (RMs) in meeting all departmental objectives and projects. To be an advocate of all online platforms/toolsand support the continuous improvement of service delivery to maximise the perceived client value and engagement.
  • Your primary areas of responsibility will be:
  • To act as one of the Competent Persons on behalf of WorkNest for your client portfolio ensuring that the highest standards of professional client service are delivered.
  • To effectively manage a portfolio of clients ensuring that close client relationships are maintained and a valued service is provided throughout the client lifecycle.
  • To work effectively with the Client Experience team in the scheduling of visits, service delivery and client relationship management which optimises cost to serve and meets all contractual obligations.
  • To act as Lead Consultant on designated client accounts ensuring service delivery and documentation is consistent with all other colleagues involved in the account.
  • To identify and deliver organic growth opportunities during the life cycle of a client through upsell/cross sell programmes.
  • To promote additional services and training based on client need and submit using the appropriate lead process.
  • Support the WorkNest sales teams as required from time to time in respect of health and safety matters and attend client prospect meetings when requested.
The PackageThis role attracts a salary of £36,000- £45,000 depending on status and location plus £5,000 car allowance per annum and an attractive company benefits package.
