Job Description

Alexander Lloyd are working on a rare opportunity to join this leading Consultant firm within a Health and Risk Consulting role. The position will be to oversee an existing portfolio of clients providing day-to-day delivery of consultancy services relevantareas, advising on the implementation and maintenance of employee benefit plans. Reporting to the Consulting Lead - Health & Risk, the Consultant may also be required to assist the Client Relationship Manager, Senior Consultants in all aspects of service deliveryensuring long standing relationships with clients are maintained.Main Duties include:

  • Support with responses to tenders/proposals and pitch presentations as required.
  • Make presentations to groups of employees, to clients, senior management or for marketing purposes.
  • Support with the building a network of external product and service providers.
  • Coach and assist in the development of Benefit Analysts and Client Support.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role and must have experience of working on both Group Risk and Healthcare policies. You will also have good client management expertise and the ability to grow own portfolio/be involvedin new business opportunities or referrals.
