MY CLIENT - are a well Establish small IFA firm who are fully Independent and whole of market, with 260 million of assets across 300 clients. Currently a team of 5 Financial Planners who manage report writing and research between them plus use a outsourcedcompany for support.OPPORTUNITY - They seek a Paraplanner professional to come into their business and play an integral part as Head Paraplanner and take full responsibility and develop the Paraplanning function and bring it back in house.This is a perfect opportunity if you seek to embark on a new challenge and play an integral part to the overall business and make the role your own and have full ownership.KEY RESPONSBILITIES To develop and maintain report writing Writing suitability reports Writing financial planning reviews for client meetings Building cashflow models Product research and reporting To support the building of effective client relationshipsKEY SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFCATIONS REQUIRED Level 4 Diploma Qualified At least 3 years experience in a Paraplanning role Technical ability Whole of market knowledge but an emphasis in Pensions would be a distinct advantage An exceptional eye for detail Highly motivated and a good problem solver Enjoys efficiencies and finding new ways to improve businessIN RETURNNot only will you will join a close knit and friendly team and able to make the role your own and play an integral part to the business but you will receive ; Annual salary depends on experience and qualifications - £35 - 45,000 This roel can be remote based or office or a hybrid of the two Benefits include 23 days plus bank hols, pension , annual bonus, professional exam support plus team nights outs and even a Christmas trip away each year with the team.
