Head of Sales for Clue ComputingAs Clues, a VC funded fast growing SaaS business, retained recruitment partner, we are delighted to be able to support them in a search for an experienced Head of Sales.Clues Vision is To Empower Investigations for a Safer WorldClue is used by the worlds leading organisations like Amazon, the Metropolitan Police, Oxfam International, the Home Office and the International Cricket Council to investigate things like corruption, organised crime, child abuse, insider threats, cybercrime,financial crime and much more.Clue is a Bristol based business, with a hybrid work force. They are happy to support significant remote working, but would like an individual who is happy and able to be in Bristol a couple of times a month+.Job PurposeAs Head of Sales, you will be central to helping us grow our ARR from £2.5m to over £20m by 2025. This will include scaling a high-performing sales engine to over 20 in that time.You will be responsible, working closely with the Exec team, for developing and delivering a clear sales strategy, in line with Clues business goals. You will drive the implementation of systems and processes and analytics tools that provide clarity onpipeline, targets and key performance indicators.At the same time, you will be responsible for the growth of the team and be an inspirational leader able to attract and retain the very best talent.What does great look like in 18 months
