The rise of the corporate ESG agenda, combined with the climate crisis and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, means the Neighbourly proposition is more relevant and needed than ever.What youll be doing as our Head of MarketingThe Head of Marketing will be joining the company as it enters a critical phase of accelerated growth and, as part of the senior management team, youll play a pivotal role in optimising all aspects of the marketing mix to drive awareness and lead generation.With a proven track record in developing and delivering digital marketing strategies, you will be responsible for the Neighbourly brand, growth marketing, CRM, PR, content and comms. Working closely with the executive team, you will develop the brand and communicationsstrategy across our target markets.The Head of Marketing will manage a team of three plus a PR agency initially, and the team will grow in line with the strategy that you set.What experience youll need to apply
