Passionate about well-being, sustainability, and a greener planet, the organisation holds true to its values of honesty and integrity, and is seeking a like-minded individual to join the team.DescriptionThe Head of Customer Experience will own, develop and deliver the Customer Retention strategy including Segmentation, Insight, CRM, Customer Services and any emerging channels, in order to optimise customer activity.Leading a cross-functional team, the Head of Customer Experience will develop a multi-channel framework based on insights to ensure effective segmentation; building out and delivering tactical solutions based on relevant touchpoints and customer activity. The successful candidate will ensure that the strategy and all associated activities are in line with the tone of voice and brand and content strategies already in place.The Head of Customer Experience will be actively involved in the development of Email Marketing Campaigns, using data and insight to ensure the strategy is relevant and the execution, effective. The successful candidate will own the Loyalty and Subscriptions programme, unlocking customer insight and using this information to optimise this key channel.Importantly, the Head of Customer Experience will lead the Customer Service team, developing key metrics and providing support in order to deliver a customer experience that wholly aligns with the brand and company ethos, but one that is also measurable, accountable and operationally highly effective.This role is based in Bristol, but with flexibility to work from home.ProfileThe Head of Customer Experience will:
