Job Description

Job Title: Head of Account Management- SafecontractorSalary: £Negotiable + Strong, un-capped OTE + Company Car/ Car AllowanceLocation: Field-based with UK travelThe Opportunity:Reporting to the Safecontractor Sales Director, the Head of Account Management opportunity holds responsibility for developing and deploying an effective strategic account management strategy to unlock regular systematic profitable revenue and growth from our client portfolio.Managing a team of key account managers and overseeing major client accounts, the Head of Account Management will lead by example while providing a structured sales environment to maximise team development and performance improvement, through effective coaching, training and mentoring.In line with client growth, identifying and realising additional revenue streams through upsell, cross sell and multi product group offerings, in addition to client expansion and development through additional sites, divisions, brands and geographies.The Business:Alcumus are the UK’s market-leading provider of technology-led risk management solutions that help businesses of all sizes become safer, healthier and stronger.With PE backing and achieving double-digit year-on-year growth, Alcumus has ambitious growth plans both nationally and internationally for 2020 and beyond.Our SafeContractor product line boasts 20%+ YOY growth, an enviable client base and impressive NPS scores (client and employee) with an exciting few years ahead as we begin our international expansion into North America.The Ideal Candidate:The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with extensive key account management experience, a proven track record of building strong client relationships and managing stakeholder expectations and a consultative upsell/cross sell approach.You will be an effective communicator with the ability to navigate a prospective buyers ecosystem with multiple stakeholders to facilitate deal closure and highly developed influencing and relationship management skills.Experience within Health & Safety/ Procurement/ Supply Chain would also be advantageous.The Bits Our People Love:
