Job Description

Monarch Education are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual with prior experience of working within basic plumbing, basic electrics and general handyman tasks.We are looking for a hardworking Handyperson to oversee and manage a wide range of repairs across all our properties. These tasks include trade skills, repair work, maintenance work etc.The perfect candidate will:

  • -Be organised
  • -Have good time management skills
  • -Have a strong knowledge of general repair skills.
  • -Previous experience in general maintenance.
  • -Good attention to detail and high standards of work ethic.
  • -Possesses the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
    • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general building maintenance/repairs.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks/emergency tasks as required.
  • Help with routine gardening on the premises.
  • Assist with any maintenance and work alongside the care taker for any additional needs they may have.
