Job Description

Handover Specialist Bristol£22,000 per annumStart date 04.01.21 (successful candidate must be available to start on this date)9am-7pm 4 days on 4 days off, then 5 days 3 off- may include some weekend workingDriving licence essential Have the opportunity to work at one of the UKs most exciting start-ups!Cazoo was founded in 2018 to transform the way people buy used cars, disrupting the car industry with a new service that is simple, transparent and doesnt end when you buy the car.At Cazoo, you will be helping to delight customers every single day in a job thats full of energy and purpose. The vision is to deliver the UKs best car buying experience by putting the customer first and making it no different from buying any other product online today.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handing over vehicles to customers in their driveway or at one of our brand new Cazoo Customer Centres, at a scheduled time.
  • Providing extraordinary customer service including liaising with our Customer Service team in London or at the customer centre and dealing positively and effectively with customer questions and queries. Youll also work closely with other hubs and colleagues across Cazoo to give customers the best possible experience.
  • Completing accurate quality assurance checks on all vehicles to maintain high standards
  • Completing all necessary verification and identification checks with customers.
  • Responding to emails
    • What you will need:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Good problem-solving skills
