Job Description

As Grounds Maintenance Operative you will be responsible for the day to day upkeep of a number of green areas around a site in Bristol including:

  • Grass cutting
  • Stringing
  • Maintenance of shrubs and flower beds
  • Edging and clearing
  • Hedge cutting
  • Pruning
  • Watering and planting
  • Sweeping
  • Litter picking and cleansing
  • Emptying bins
The ideal candidate will be skilled and experienced in Grounds Maintenance and Horticulture and will be self-motivated with a flexible approach. You will be pro-active, positive and professional with the ability to work well under pressure.We are seeking experienced Grounds Maintenance Operatives who must have:
  • PA1/PA6 preferred but not essential
  • A level 2/3 in Horticulture or GMA recognised qualification
