• This could be higher than £22,000 for anyone with sales or prior recruitment experience

• A market leading Bristol based recruitment consultancy with a great reputation for developing graduate talent is hiring! If you are a bright, commercially minded graduate or equivalent, or perhaps someone with a background in sales / customer service, thisis a great time to join them.

• The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant is both a challenging and rewarding position. You will find no two days the same - from calling and meeting clients and candidates, you will have to adapt on an hourly basis to the needs of your customers, tomaking sales calls to potential and existing clients. These calls dont always run smoothly so you need tenacity and resilience to do the job. Most importantly, you should enjoy working to targets and love the thrill of closing a deal.

Day-to-day the Graduate Recruitment Consultant will:

• Contact both potential and existing customers for relevant roles
• Source suitable candidates based on the customer need using a variety of methods
• Meet with clients and candidates both face to face and via telephone
• Research the market and stay up to date with industry news in order to consult with customers
