Job Description

Job Title:Graduate Customer Success & Acquisition ExecutiveLocation: RemoteSalary: £25k basic/ £33k OTEREF: J11791:BRI:GJ:CSAESector: Tech/IT Our client is a multi-award winning, global tech enterprise - theyre now looking for a range of university graduates to help further their presence and enhance their growth on a national scale!The successful candidate will combine their work ethic with an exemplary personal manner. Youll take ownership of your own territory. Youll strategically generate leads, nurture warm leads and develop rapport with key decision makers of clients both existingand potential.The Role:

  • Learn about the company offering and the marketplace youll be operating in order to best meet customer needs and have in-depth conversations with clients
  • Research and analyse market trends, competitors and what sets the company apart
  • Strategically generate new leads in your territory through utilising researching tools and techniques
  • Manage customer accounts, developing rapport in order to up and cross sell services
  • Manage and execute territory plans that will drive our clients proposition and obtain new business
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, attending meetings virtually and F2F to ensure clients expectations are being met, and that they are still satisfied with the company offering
