The Role: Graduate Associate Recruitment ConsultantLocation: Bristol Package: £20-£23K Basic Salary - £35K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2, £60K OTE Year 3Associate Recruitment Consultant - The CompanyOur client is a boutique and very niche Tech Recruitment agency. Associate Recruitment Consultant - The Role
  • Liaising with clients to determine what their requirements are.
  • Speaking to candidates over the phone about career opportunities.
  • Negotiating contracts with clients.
  • Arrange face-to-face meetings and interviews with clients.
  • Meeting candidates.
  • Business development and account management.
  • Working towards sales targets.
Associate Recruitment Consultant - Requirements
  • Recent graduate or previous B2B or B2C sales experience.
  • Confident and outgoing.
  • Ambitious individual looking to progress quickly.
