Because of this, we are one of the few firmsthat only ever work on a fixed fee or time and expense basis and will never consider working on a contingency fee basis; which in our view, has questionable ethics.As a Trainee Asset Case Manager you will be:A Trainee Case Manager will develop the skills and experience required to become a Case Manager within the AVT (Asset Valuation and Transfer) team. During the training period, they are expected to gain an understanding of the probate support methodologiesand processes required in order to manage a large and varied case load.The trainee consultant case manager will develop the skills and expertise required to our clients with outsourced estate administration solutions specific to assets held in an estate both domestically and overseas, including valuation, verification, transferand disposal. Technical work will be carried out independently in-house or managed via partners where we act as an intermediary to offer a client solution.Alongside on-going training and learning they will provide support on all case work required and will complete tasks set by Case Managers.
