We have built solid partnerships through our commitment to provide the best service to people caring for the most vulnerable people in societyWithin your role, you will be helping support highly reputable organisations across various residential homes for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, mental health, autism, and other additional needs.Personal Care & Meds training is particularly desirable.The Role:You will be supporting 4 service users during the night, 2 service users usually sleep all the way through, 1 service user will wake up at 6am, the other service user tends to wake up around 3am or 5am for a drink etc. Sometimes you must set boundariesas some can stand too close and invade eprsonal space.
