FP&A Manager, Bristol (hybrid working) 3-6 months, £60-75KToner Graham are looking for a commercially minded and experienced FP&A Manager to lead group planning within an award-winning sustainable organisation.With a strong awareness of the global macro environment, design and modelling skills and the ability to create coherent financial models across all revenue streams, you will partner with Group Finance teams such as Investor Relations, Group Finance, Tax& Treasury and will develop strong relationships with the Divisional Finance teams.Key responsibilitiesRun and develop Group reporting policy and framework Ensure high quality analysis and insight on drivers of actual financial performance, key performance indicators, risks and opportunities, cash flow and working capitalAnalysis and reporting of exceptional items, capital expenditure on the balance sheet and cash basis Tracking and reporting of Group cost savings and investments included within the Groups operating results Support Group Finance with quarterly, half-year and year-end reporting such as preparation of annotated slides, various notes in the annual accounts, managing audit queries related to the notes in annual accounts, and preparation of the quarterly trading updatepack Perform ad-hoc analysis e.g., trend, scenario and sensitivity analysisLooking for continuous improvement in planning, reporting and analysis processes and deliverablesSupport the planning, budget and forecasting manager as requiredCriteriaQualified Accountant with a background in a group finance settingProven business partnering experience with the ability to build key relationships quickly and effectivelyStrong finance systems experience and MS Excel skillsKelly Services are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this role.
