Fleet Compliance ManagerLocation of the Fleet Compliance Manager / Fleet Manager / Compliance Manager / Fleet Controller: BristolHours of the Fleet Compliance Manager / Fleet Manager / Compliance Manager / Fleet Controller:Monday - Friday 45 hours a week.Salary for the Fleet Compliance Manager / Fleet Manager / Compliance Manager / Fleet Controller: £28000.00 - £30000.00My client are recruiting for an excellent Fleet and Compliance Coordinator / Fleet Compliance Manager to join their friendly and hard working team at their Bristol depot.Working as an integral member of the depot, the successful candidate will be responsible for organising vehicle compliance for the depots fleet and ensuring the recharge process runs efficiently.Fleet Compliance Manager / Fleet Manager / Compliance Manager / Fleet Controller role: Scheduling and booking internal and external vehicle services, inspections, F GAS checks and all compliance related requirements Assisting in the management of day to day operations of the rental and contract fleet Managing the invoicing processes Completing the full recharge process for the depot Ensuring all rental documentation is correctly completed Managing internal & external calls Booking and coordinating MOT checks with the view to bring all MOT checks into the depot Ensuring the depot coordinates all major servicing requirements for both chassis and other equipment Any additional duties as required by the Depot Manager To work in line with and respect the companies policies, rules and proceduresThe ideal Fleet Compliance Manager will be: Effective verbal and written skills, coupled with strong decision making and problem solving skills. Excellent telephone manner Ability to deal with suppliers and customers Commercial awareness Excellent customer service skills Strong planning and administrating, communicating and influencing, accountability for results.
