Job Description

Fire Engineer - Bristol/CardiffMy client is an award-winning multi-disciplinary who has been in the Top 100 Companies to Work For for over 6 years running. They have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fire Engineer to join their Bristo or Cardiff offices! You will work on avariety of cross-discipline projects & provide high-quality fire safety advice to clients in the residential, commercial and construction sectors. The main clients youll be working with include major national developers, NHS Trusts and government departments.My clients Fire Engineering team is one of the largest operating in the UK & they regularly select 6+ employees every year to undertake further education such as an MSc in Fire Engineering.Candidates should be enthusiastic about their role and have excellent communication skills. A degree in Fire Engineering is essential & the ideal candidate will have around 5+ years commercial experience in the UK.You will work on a varied project portfolio which includes assisting high-profile clients both nationwide & internationally. Duties will include:

  • Fire strategy development.
  • Fire impact analysis.
  • Smoke control design.
  • Fire Engineering design & analysis.
  • Technical report writing.
  • Project management.
  • Assisting in the technical development of the Fire team.
