Were steered by core values that promote service, quality, innovation,and opportunity in everything we do.Role OverviewDue to business growth, we are seeking a new Financial and Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our Finance team.The Financial and Regulatory Reporting Manager will oversee the preparation, review & submission of all financial regulatory reporting and lead on ICARA preparation. You will also co-lead on internal financial reporting and enhance finance capability tosupport the group controls and risk framework.Role Accountabilities

  • Oversight of financial regulatory reporting to FCA
  • Assess, monitor and manage regulatory reporting requirements under the new Investment Firms Prudential Regime (IFPR)
  • Lead the ICARA process coordinating involvement from across the business
  • Co-lead on internal MI and develop and enhance dashboard reporting throughout the Group
  • Enhance the governance and control framework through improved policies and procedures
  • Develop capital and liquidity models for group and regulated entities in the Adaptive planning system to support the ICARA process and enhance financial MI
  • Finance Business Partner for various areas of the business with particular focus on Risk and Compliance
  • Manage and train junior members of Financial Reporting and provide guidance and training across the business on regulatory reporting
  • Interact with 2nd and 3rd line of defense to gain additional assurance of timeliness and accuracy of regulatory reporting
Skills & experience
  • Experience working in a financial services organisation
  • Hold a professional accounting qualification, coupled with five+ years PQE
  • Working knowledge of current FCA regulatory reporting standards, staying abreast of changes in the market
  • Experience of treasury operations and reporting
  • Good understanding of current key risks facing financial services organisations
  • Knowledge of internal control requirements and the ability to identify control weaknesses
  • Possess an analytical or audit background, able to analyse and challenge information accurately
  • Collation of analysis needed to support market disclosures
  • Accomplished writing and presenting Board papers in an articulate and engaging manner
  • Skilled communicator, able to adapt your style to suit your audience and challenge effectively
  • Workday/Adaptive Insights experience advantageous
  • Work collaboratively, with a sense of accountability and ownership
  • Solution focused mindset, confident managing conflict, internal and external
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a team or individually, to deliver to deadlines
This role is required on site in our Bristol office 1/2 days per week.
